Acceptable Use Policy

User ID/Password Use. To be granted a
premier account, your application must be reviewed and approved by us.
We will conact you about your account and explain the account benifits
and saving. Upon registering we will issue you a user id and password to
access the Site. We may at any time and for any reason we deem
appropriate suspend or terminate your access to the Site. You
acknowledge and agree that the user id and password are personal to you
and may only be used by you. We reserve the right to require you to
periodically change your password. You agree to exercise reasonable care
and control to maintain the security of your user id, password, and
account with us (collectively, “Account Information”). You shall not
disclose your Account Information to anyone else, you shall not permit
any other party to use your Account Information, and you shall not use
anyone else’s Account Information. You agree to notify us immediately
about any unauthorized use of your Account Information or any known or
suspected breach of security.

Accuracy of Application Data. You agree to: (a) provide certain current, complete, true and accurate information as required to complete any application that may be required in the course of your using the Site; and (b) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate (collectively the “Application Data”). You hereby grant us the right to use your Application Data and other data and information for the purposes described in this Acceptable Use Policy and in furtherance of your use of the Site. You represent and warrant that any Application Data and any other information you provide to us by means of the Site or otherwise is complete, truthful and accurate.

Submissions; Feedback. Notes, messages, ideas, suggestions, feedback, concepts or other material that you submit on the Site (“Submissions”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you, and will become our property. We will have no obligation regarding Submissions. We will be entitled to copy, distribute, incorporate, modify and otherwise use the Submissions for any type of commercial or non-commercial use (including in any media whether now known or not yet conceived). You understand that data and communications, including e-mail and other electronic communications, may be accessed by unauthorized third parties when communicated over the Internet. You agree that it is your responsibility, and not ours, to obtain and use third party software products that support encryption and other security protocols compatible with such protocols (if any) that may be used by us from time to time in connection with the Site.

Intellectual Property Rights. All content and materials on the Site and the compilation of all content on the Site (including software) are exclusively our property (or the property of our licensors) and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights and intellectual property laws. You will not acquire any ownership rights by virtue of downloading any material from the Site. All rights not expressly granted to you hereunder are expressly reserved to us.
